RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns on any items at this time. We do want you to be happy with your order so if there are any issues with your order please contact us via e mail with your order number.

We do offer exchanges within 30 days of purchasing. In order to exchange an item the customer will need to contact us via e mail with their order number. They will then have to send it back in its original unused condition. Once we receive the item back we will issue the customer a shop credit in the same amount as the previous item purchased. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

SHIPPING

Items listed on the site will ship within 10-14 business days of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Once an item is shipped The Little Wanderer Clothing Co. is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Our standard shipping does NOT include tracked shipping at this time. We cannot estimate or guarantee arrival dates of packages, and once a package is shipped you would have to contact Canada post with your issues and concerns. If a package is lost or damaged it is up to the customer to file a claim with Canada post.

If you choose to select local pick up we require 7-10 business days to fill your order, please e mail us to schedule a pick up time that works for you, we will only be open for local pick up on Sundays.

ORDER CHANGES

Please be sure to verify your order and make sure everything in your cart is the correct sizes etc. Once an order is placed we cannot go back and make changes to that order.

Any discount codes you have can be entered and used at checkout, they do not apply to previous purchases and only one discount code can be used at a time.
